The Warcraft Movie Trailer Looks Orc-ward
I love the scope and visual imagination of this thing, but look, I just have to say this – the Orcs have some major Uncanny Valley issues going on. They are, from what we can see thus far, no Na’vi. Rather, they are dangerously close to Shrek territory in some scenes, especially with the babies and the hybrid girl.
I want to believe. The Na’vi and various Incredible Hulks also looked unfinished in first trailers. But the Weta effects gang has GOT to get them right, or it will kill the whole thing.
