G.I. Joe and Cobra’s Cuteness Knows No Mercy
ToyNewsI has pics of the second wave of Hasbro’s Combat Heroes (the pictures only get slightly bigger over there, if that’s what you want), and my heart has melted. The two-packs break down as follows:
? Beachhead/Baroness
? Serpentor/Flint
? Destro/Scarlett
? Storm Shadow/Barbecue
I cannot stand how awesome these things are, and I’m seriously stressing out that I haven’t found the first wave yet. Has anyone seen ’em? I’ve been try to explain to myself why the Joe Heroes rock my world but Hasbro’s other Heroes lines don’t; I figure the Transformers lose too much details, the Star Wars and Indiana Jones characters are too visually plain, and I must prefer my Marvel superheroes to be bulked-out with muscles. Meanwhile, the Joe characters have the perfect level of detail and color to make their tiny, adorable Heroes incarnations some sort of perfection.
