For All Your Dalek and Cybermen Needs
Underground Toys has debuted several more Doctor Who figure sets, and if you have a Dalek or Cyberman-shaped hole in your heart, it’s going to be filled several times over. The Dalek set features Daleks from ’64, ’73, and ’75, although they all look pretty much the same to me (it’s not like the BBC won the lottery at any point). The Cybermen set features four figures from ’66 through ’08, and I’m kind of impressed that as the designs eevolved and the outfits got better, they all still looked goofy as hell. The ridiculous Cyberman in the middle is, I believe, the Cyber Controller from ’67, and I’ve seen robot Halloween costumes from grocery stores that looked more robotic. I’m honestly considering buying the set just to have that guy looking baffled and woefully underdressed on my desk. (Via ToyNewsI)
