You don’t have to be a Who fan to realize this is likely the coolest thing you’ll see and hear all day. Apparently the maestro is ArcAttack, who is officially a musical badass, and who performed this at Chattacon 2009. I have no idea what that is, but the performance is still totally, totally amazing.
