The Only Good Part of the 1987 Masters of the Universe Movie
?
Well, besides Frank Langella in the most embarrassing role of his career. No, I’m talking about the concept art for the movie — beautiful paintings of the mostly authentic He-Man and crew, admittedly gadding about regular Earth — which Geek Orthodox somehow found. Head over there to see a few more shots of similar coolness to this one, including He-Man and Man-at-Arms busting some of Skeletor’s generic minions in a police stange, He-Man kicking ass at a junkyard, and most inexplicably, Beast-Man attacking some blonde girl in a library. And then come back and bemoan the fact that the Masters of the Universe movie ever to take place on Earth at all. No? I’m the only only who’s still upset about this? Never mind.
