TR Contest: Alien Haiku

?Oh, I just know I’m going to regret this, but between the Disturbing Moments list and the Super 8 trailer, I have aliens on the brain and another haiku contest is all I can come up with. So do it. Any and all aliens are open to you: Aliens, Predators, little grey guys, Martians, Vulcans, Klingons, Toejam & Earl, whatever. However, I won’t accept regular humans in any form, even if they’re technically from another galaxy (e.g. Luke, Leia, Han, the dudes from the Riddick movies, etc.). Here, I’ll start you off with one I composed pretty much every night between the ages of 5 and 8:

Aliens abducting me?

As always with haiku, enter as many times as you want. Only people who use the correct 5-7-5 meter can win, but you you can still get an honorable mention if you fuck it up. The contest ends at 12:01 am EST on Monday, May 10th. And if you catch any waterfowl having extramarital relations this weekend, please, try to find it in your heart to forgive them. You know why.
