I Think Red Hood Is Doing It Wrong

I’m admittedly kind of fuzzy on the whole Red Hood deal in Batman, so correct me if I’m wrong. Red Hood is Jason Todd, right? Isn’t he back in Gotham to kill criminals because Batman doesn’t have the balls to? If so, gathering a bunch of drug dealers in one room while holding an AK-47 would seem like a great opportunity to, you know, kill a lot of drug dealers, but in this clip from DC’s next animated DVD movie, Under the Red Hood, Red Hood just… takes control of the drug trade. I’m not really sure why. And unfortunately, while Jared Padelecki Jensen Ackles (Ed’s Note: Strike two!) might make the ladies swoon in Supernatural, his voice work leaves much to be desired, like… emotion of any kind.
