There’s no better way to kick your morning into high gear than with this performance of the Doctor Who theme by the world music trio Manta. This recently aired on the Australian music quiz show Spicks and Specks, which apparently specializes in comedy, trivia and awesomeness. The odd thing is, I can totally see the Eleventh Doctor breaking out a didgeridoo to entertain Amy and Rory aboard the Tardis at some point. Anyways, this version of Ron Grainer and Delia Derbyshire’s theme sadly isn’t available as a single or for download, so for now you’ll have to settle for listening to it repeatedly until the desire to watch British television/hug koalas is so overwhelming that you begin knitting a huge scarf while singing Olivia Newton John’s “Magic.”
