Not really a nerdy flick, but I wanted to say that as a Classics major, it takes a hell of a lot to make an action flick set in ancient Rome that I don’t want to see. But casting Channing Tatum will do it every time.
? Bleach Uncut Box Set 9
Yes, there’s really that little coming out today.
? Mega Python Vs. Gatoroid
Also available on Blu-ray, because really, don’t Debbie Gibson and Tiffany’s performances deserve the best? Huh? What? They don’t? Then never mind.
? Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
The Laughing Man, Individual Eleven and Solid State Society movies, each on Blu-ray. I bet they look awesome. However, my favorite GitS:SAC episodes were the ones that were self-contained stories and not part of the overarching plots, and these movies are only culled from the over-arching plot episodes. The other episodes were like super-cyberpunk Law & Order, and that’s just good television, my friends.
? Mr. T: The Complete First Season
The Mr. T cartoon comes out on DVD this Friday. The whole reason I ran this extremely poor DVD Day was to notify you guys of this. One of you assholes better buy it, because otherwise I wasted everybody’s time. Well, moreso than usual.
