You don’t have to be a Doctor Who fan to find this small, bowtied and very vocal child reciting the Doctor’s speech from “The Pandorica Opens” outrageously adorable, but… no, wait. You probably do have to be a Doctor Who fan to enjoy it, because otherwise it’s just a child yelling nonsense at a very high volume. Almost certainly, in fact.
