Nerd Music Trifecta: Illbotz, Lord Death Man, MC Frontalot

? First up is Illbotz’ “The Power Glove (Lucas’ Theme).” That’s Lucas from The Wizard, by the way, noted lover of the Power Glove and firm believer in its badness. If you’re wondering if I put this video first solely for the fact that it contains footage of Jenny Lewis, wonder no more, because the answer is yes. The other two songs are after the jump.

? Okay, I lied. Twice. First of all, this song isn’t by Lord Death Man, it’s a song called “Lord Death Man,” based on the awesomely named Batman manga villain (and later Grant Morrison villain) sung by Sam Mickens. The other thing I lied about is that it’s not here, it’s on Comics Alliance (normally I embed everything, but Mickens gave it specifically to CA, so I feel like it would be shitty to post it here). If you’re too lazy to go listen to it, it’s kind of like a ’60s James Bond movie title song done by ’00s David Bowie. Only weirder.

? Last but certainly not least is MC Frontalot’s new video “Critical Hit.” I’m not 100% sure what’s going on in it, but the video contains 1) Dungeons & Dragons, 2) Brian Posehn, and 3) a saving roll versus autoerotic asphixiation, so it’s got that going for it. (Via io9)
