Premiere: Fan-Made Deadworld Trailer Hopes to Spark Revival

Although it seems that every comic is getting made into a movie these days, sometimes YOUR personal favorite isn’t among them. The ’80s horror comic Deadworld was optioned four years ago, but it could be that having a biker zombie as the main hero just didn’t appeal to the corporate suits.
So mega-fanboys Mike Skvarla & Scotty Fields went ahead and made their own trailer, which they are hoping might sell the idea as a potential web series. It’s an uphill climb if the adapatation rights are still owned, but I like what they’ve done here – and that they’ve chosen us as the first major site to get the word out.
