I’ve seen T-shirts like this – you probably have, too – but independent game developer Bruno R. Marcos has actually made a playable Donkey Kong game that can be skinned to resemble your favorite movie from the ’70s or ’80s. Conan the Barbarian, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Alien, Star Wars and Flash Gordon are but a few. About the only standard-issue wishlist one he doesn’t have is Doctor Who.
Donkey Me will soon be available for download at his website, but in the meantime, check out some of the gameplay and skinning in a video after the jump.
Can I get a version where you play as Steve Wiebe with Billy Mitchell as the ape?
