That Time Spider-Man Fought Batman and Robin in an MMA Handicap Match



Yes, as part of the UK-based fighting tournament Hardest Man, legitimate mixed-martial-arts fighters donned Spidey and Dynamic Duo duds for a battle that, unlike most comic-book conflicts, would have both a referee and a decisive winner. As a bonus, you get some very English commentary dryly speculating that Spider-Man wasn’t allowed to use his web-shooters.

I say that if they’re going to violate Disney and WB copyrights in this manner, let’s go all the way. Next time, I want to see Scooby-Doo versus Goofy. Make my dreams happen, Hardest Man…and perhaps you’ll make me the hardest man of all.
