Painstakingly animated at 15 frames per second, this short from AMAA productions sees William Shatner take a time-traveling mech to destroy the bard and thereby ending the kind of theater that brings about good acting.

But there’s another starship captain who feels a bit differently about such things, and vows to stop him…
