WHOA: Hasbro to Make Superhero Figures With YOUR Face

This kinda merits its own post, I think.
It’s the equivalent of a mic drop – after revealing a ton of new toys (see post below), Hasbro leaves us with this: a Marvel booth where you can get 3D scanned and become an Iron Man or Captain America action figure. No info on price yet, but we do know that they have the booths open at the Times Square Toys’r’Us starting tomorrow, & at FAO Schwartz starting Fri.
Given all the licenses Hasbro owns…just think of the possibilities. Custom heads on toys aren’t entirely new, but this is the first time a major toy company is offering something of the kind as anything other than a premium prize.
