Look, with Bryan Singer we obviously were never likely to get blue and pink, but I must say this is more steampunky – and reminiscent of Christopher Nolan’s The Prestige, as I noted before – than I’d like. In fact, it’s starting to really make me worry just how totally off-model Apocalypse is likely to be – I’m beginning to think it’ll just be a bald Oscar Isaac in a leather jacket with smeared blue lipstick.
