New Hellboy poster revealed!

We finally got a look at what David Harbour looks like in the red body paint, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The entire poster looks absolutely epic.

Well, almost the entire poster. Do you see it?

Yep. Someone at the studio thought they’d try to reel in some of that millenial interest by making the tagline “Legendary AF.” I think they missed the mark a bit.

Fortunately, it hasn’t made me any less hopeful for the forthcoming installment. Visually, any concerns I had of David Harbour’s ability to fill Ron Perlman’s forehead are assuaged for now. Let’s hope he’s got the attitude, too.

Hellboy hits theaters on April 12, 2019.
