The Few, the Homicidal, the Space Marines
I had heard about THQ’s Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine game, but hadn’t thought much about it. Until I chanced upon the above video and realized it’s a dual-FPS 3rd-person brawler, designed solely to allow your Space Marine to kill as much shit as possible, in the most graphic way possible. I can’t speak as to how well it portrays the Warhammer universe, but I think the game play looks great — really satisfyingly crunchy on both sides of combat, whatever that means (I’m was up packing until 2am last night, then had to do this mornings posts; I have no idea what the fuck is going on anymore). There’s no release date yet, but it will be on the Xbox 360 and PS3. Warhammer fans, what do you think?
