The Space Shuttle Wakes Up with William Shatner
While I wish this was a story about the astronauts waking up in the morning to find William Shatner on board; actually, it’s just that Shatner recorded a special wake-up call (recorded above) for the Discovery and its crew, much like Nathan Fillion did for the Endeavor last year. Not that being an astronaut isn’t totally impressive on its own, but when Captain Kirk is recording specific messages for you, you know you’ve made it. Thanks to DE12 for the tip.
