Forget Olympus Has Fallen versus White House Down. The real battle of similar themes is the low-budget stand-off between movies that deal with both Frankenstein monsters and armies. In one. Nazis reanimate dead people. In another, time travelers help Lincoln free the slaves, and there’s an army of Frankensteins.
Back in January, we saw the trailer for the latter. Today, just in time to ride the coattails of the new Wolfenstein game, comes the new trailer for Frankenstein’s Army.
When the dust has settled…which of the two projects will we be saying “It’s alive!” about? Or will Hollywood swoop in and simply make Franken-Army to crush both?
