“Roll the Dice to See If I’m Getting Drunk!”
I don’t know what this is or where it comes from (is it that one Adult Swim cartoon from a year or two ago? Whatsitsname?), but man, it makes me giggle. I’m not too proud to admit that at least 40% of my role-playing sessions went exactly like this. If I give role-players a hard time here at Topless Robot, it’s because I was there, man. I know what shit went on, and it was rolling dice to “get drunk” and “have sex with wenches.”
Man, am I glad I’ve grown up and out of that, and instead of rolling to get drunk, I can just go get drunk. It’s much more satisfying.
